Right then.
New clients walk in, love what you do, say they'll be back.
And then you never see them again.
You're good at getting new people through the door. The work's great, the feedback's positive, and nobody leaves unhappy.
But somewhere between the first visit and the third, they disappear. They don't complain. They don't leave a bad review. They just don't come back.
Fill these in and your number will appear below.
That's how much you could lose this year if just half your new clients disappeared after their first visit. And if that number is uncomfortable, good. That's the point.
Don't know how many new clients come back? That's the bigger problem. If you're not tracking it, you're guessing.
I've fixed this inside my own salon. I'm starting to help other salon owners do the same.
If your number shocked you, DM me "Leaky Chair" and send me the figure. I'll tell you the first thing I'd check.
