Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days from ordering. We use Royal Mail 48 service, this can be delayed as busy times of the year, especially black friday and Christmas.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Crown Perfect is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Crown Perfect is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing sales@crownperfectuk.com.
We do not accept returns from online orders in-store.
You have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer, Crown Perfect cannot take any responsibility for goods lost while being returned. It is advised to send the item recorded or tracked delivery to ensure delivery confirmation.
