Our Signature Balayage is from £225. That is one package: balayage, root and gloss, and blow-dry. What’s listed is what’s included, and you can upgrade to a cut and blow-dry when you book.

If your hair needs something more detailed, Bespoke Balayage is from £330. And if we have done your balayage before, a Top Up Balayage is from £190, because we are refreshing it rather than starting again.

Every service is built around the individual, so your price depends on the level of transformation, your hair length and its density.

Yes, and by a fair margin. Roots and gloss, an all-over colour refresh from root to ends, is from £104. A full head of babylights is from £207, and a half head from £168.

The difference is not the product, it is the hours. A tint is applied all over. Babylights are woven section by section by hand.

Neither one is better. They do different jobs. A tint gives you one solid, even colour. Babylights give you fine, blended lightness that grows out softly, so your roots do not suddenly show.

We split the price so you can see what you are actually paying for: the hair itself, then the fitting.

One pack adds volume. Two adds volume and a little length. Four is full glam. Every pack is colour matched to your own hair and fitted so nobody can tell.

Somewhere between six months and a year, and it is almost entirely down to aftercare rather than luck.

Look after them, use good products, follow the aftercare, keep them out of chlorine, off sunbeds, and away from fake tan and sun cream, and a year is realistic. We have clients who get longer than that.

Heat style every day with no heat protection and you are looking at more like six months. The hair cannot repair itself the way your own hair does, so how you treat it is the whole story.

You will need a maintenance appointment every six to eight weeks, depending on the person and how your hair grows. That is the extensions being taken out, moved up and refitted as your own hair grows.

The same hair goes back in. It is not new hair every time, which is the bit most people get wrong when they are working out the cost. You buy the hair once and it lasts as long as you look after it.

A refit is charged the same as the original fitting, from £60 for one pack and £90 for two, so there is no surprise waiting for you at the second appointment.

Want the number for your own hair rather than a starting price?

For balayage, every three to six months. That is the whole point of it. The colour is placed so your roots do not suddenly show, so you are not tied to the salon.

Grey coverage runs on a different clock. If you are covering grey, expect roots every six to eight weeks, because that is how fast the regrowth shows, not because we say so.

If getting back here often is the problem, say so at your free in-salon assessment. We will build the colour around how often you can realistically come in.

That is a transformation, and it is the one thing we will not put a number on before we have seen your hair.

It can take anywhere from three to eight hours or more in the chair, and sometimes more than one session to do it safely. Because no two are the same, we price each one individually and plan the whole thing with you at your free in-salon assessment.

We would rather tell you yours is a transformation than quote you a price that was never going to hold.

Because hair is not standard and we would rather be honest than tidy. Long, thick hair takes more time and more product than short, fine hair, and lifting several levels takes longer than one.

Your final price is confirmed at your free in-salon assessment, once we have actually seen your hair and agreed what we are doing. A 25% deposit secures the appointment and comes off the bill on the day.

If a service turns out to need more time or product than we expected, we stop and talk to you first. You are never charged more than the price you agreed.

It is still the closest thing to a real number before we have seen your hair.

Old-school bleaching fried hair, and left people taking a year or two off colour to let it recover. That is not how we work.

The way we colour, you can keep colouring and keep your hair healthy. Hair health comes first, every time: we check your hair before we start, and we will always be straight with you about what it can take.

Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service, and it has to be repeated every six months.

It is not optional and it applies even if you have had colour before, with us or anywhere else. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin conditions, medication, or changes to your health.

It takes a couple of minutes in the salon. Book it in when you book your colour, not the day before.
